The Challenge

During a major refurbishment of luxury apartments in London, we were asked to provide a cost-effective solution to create a car park environment which would have a durable yet highly aesthetic finish.

The Solution

Working with the nominated specialist flooring contractor, Specialist Lining Systems, we developed a full specification covering preparation and repair of the existing concrete floor, followed by the application of Resbuild DPM Primer and Resbuild SF Coating topcoats. The resulting epoxy resin floor coating system delivered a durable, visually striking surface, incorporating colour contrast detailing to meet the client’s brief. Attention to detail in the bay lettering and the crisp, sharp line markings resulted in a high-quality finish designed to perform over many years of service.
