Description
Resbuild Crackseal is a low viscosity epoxy injection resin designed to penetrate and seal cracks in concrete, brickwork and masonry. Its fluid formulation allows it to flow deep into fine cracks and voids, restoring structural integrity while preventing the ingress of water and salts that can lead to long-term damage such as freeze-thaw deterioration and reinforcement corrosion.
Suitable for both small-scale repairs and larger injection works, the system can be applied by gravity feed, pumping or automated injection equipment, offering flexibility across a wide range of site conditions. With strong adhesion to cementitious substrates and the ability to cure in both dry and damp environments, it provides a reliable solution for consolidating cracked structures and extending service life.
Resbuild Crackseal is capable of penetrating cracks as fine as 0.2mm and delivers high strength performance once cured, making it ideal for floors, walls and thin section grouting applications where little or no movement is expected.
