Resbuild WB Coating is a high-performance, water-based system developed to deliver durable and hygienic epoxy resin flooring across a wide range of industrial and commercial environments. Suitable for both floors and walls, it creates a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that supports strict cleanliness and maintenance standards. Designed with practicality and flexibility in mind, this coating can be applied to both dry and damp substrates, making it well suited to refurbishment works as well as new installations. Available in a wide range of colours with matt, gloss and slip-resistant finish options, it allows systems to be tailored to both functional and aesthetic requirements. Once applied, the coating forms a tough, protective layer with strong resistance to water, oils, fuels, dilute acids, alkalis and a variety of cleaning agents. This makes it particularly effective in environments such as food processing facilities, laboratories and washdown areas, where surfaces must withstand frequent cleaning and exposure to chemicals. Resbuild WB Coating is straightforward to apply by brush, roller or spray, with a typical application rate of 0.2–0.25kg per m² per coat. A minimum two-coat system is recommended to achieve optimal performance, with the option to incorporate texturing additives or broadcast aggregates to create enhanced slip resistance where required. With its solvent-free, low odour formulation and strong adhesion to concrete, this epoxy resin flooring system provides a reliable, hygienic and adaptable solution for surfaces where durability, cleanliness and long-term performance are essential.
