Caravan Manufacturer's Epoxy Floor Coating
The Challenge
Through approved contractor Floorpainters Ltd, a caravan manufacturer in Hull contacted Resin Building Products about upgrading the internal roadways within its facility. The project required a clear, dustproof epoxy floor coating incorporating a slip-resistant aggregate, together with three-colour line markings to distinguish pedestrian routes and working areas. The completed system needed to improve safety and organisation while providing a durable finish suitable for a busy manufacturing environment.
The Solution
Floorpainters Ltd completed the work using a coordinated Resbuild coating and demarcation system. Three-colour line markings were installed using Resbuild LMP before Resbuild Clear Coat, incorporating a slip-resistant additive, was applied to the surrounding floor. The completed surface provided clear separation between pedestrian, working and vehicle areas while creating a clean, durable and slip-resistant finish suited to the operational demands of the facility.
