Description
Resbuild Ultraflow is a rapid-curing, three-pack epoxy slurry designed to provide a seamless, self-smoothing finish in demanding industrial environments. Offering exceptional resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols, it delivers long-term chemical protection alongside high compressive strength and abrasion resistance.
Developed as a heavy-duty concrete surface coating, Ultraflow is typically applied at 2–6mm thickness to prepared concrete substrates, forming a durable and impact resistant floor suitable for loading bays, chemical bunds, sewage treatment works and wet working environments, both internal and external. The system provides excellent adhesion to concrete and steel, is solvent free, and can be enhanced with broadcast aggregate to achieve a slip-resistant finish. Vehicle traffic can be accommodated after 48 hours at 20°C.
