Description
Resbuild Floorpatch is a high-strength epoxy repair mortar developed for durable, permanent repairs to damaged concrete and masonry surfaces. Its three-component formulation delivers excellent adhesion, impact resistance and chemical resistance, creating permanent repairs that can withstand demanding industrial environments and heavy traffic conditions.
Suitable for repairing spalled concrete, floor defects, chemical bunds, expansion joint arrises and other damaged cementitious surfaces, Resbuild Floorpatch provides a durable, water-resistant solution with negligible shrinkage.
With a working time of approximately 50–60 minutes at 20°C, the mortar allows time for careful placement, compaction and finishing while also curing in cool and damp conditions. Repairs can typically be overcoated or fully trafficked after 16–24 hours at 20°C.
