Description
Resbuild Floorpatch is a high strength, three-component epoxy repair mortar designed for permanent repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces. Ideal for planned maintenance and general industrial repairs, it provides a durable, impact and abrasion resistant finish that restores both the surface and its structural performance. Once applied to a properly prepared and primed substrate, the material forms a strong bond with excellent resistance to water, frost and a wide range of industrial chemicals.
Developed for reliability in demanding environments, Resbuild Floorpatch offers high compressive strength, low shrinkage and long-term durability under mechanical stress and heavy traffic. Its formulation makes it particularly suited to repairing spalled concrete, reinstating joint edges and filling voids where little or no movement is expected, ensuring repairs remain intact over time.
With a practical working time of around 50–60 minutes at 20°C, the system allows for controlled application and finishing, making it ideal for larger or more detailed repair work. This balanced curing profile supports consistent installation while still delivering a fast return to service once the repair has hardened.
