Description
Resbuild Floorpatch Fast Cure is a rapid-setting epoxy repair mortar designed for situations where downtime must be kept to a minimum. Ideal for urgent repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces, it provides a high strength, durable finish that allows areas to be returned to service quickly without compromising long-term performance. Once applied to a suitably prepared and primed substrate, the material cures quickly to form an impact, abrasion and chemically resistant repair.
Formulated for fast-track maintenance, the system achieves a hard cure in as little as 6 hours at 20°C, making it well suited to high-traffic and operational environments where extended shutdowns are not practical. Despite its rapid curing profile, it maintains excellent mechanical properties, strong adhesion to concrete and resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, fuels and cleaning agents.
With a shorter working time of approximately 30 minutes, Resbuild Floorpatch Fast Cure is best suited to smaller, targeted repairs where speed is critical. This makes it particularly effective for reactive maintenance, localised damage and areas that need to be repaired and returned to use within the same working day.
