Description
Resbuild Floorpatch FC is a fast-curing epoxy repair mortar developed for rapid and permanent repairs to damaged concrete and masonry surfaces. Its high-strength three-component formulation delivers excellent adhesion, impact resistance and abrasion resistance, allowing repairs to be completed and returned to service quickly without sacrificing long-term durability.
Suitable for floor repairs, spalled concrete, chemical bunds, expansion joint arrises and other demanding maintenance applications, Resbuild Floorpatch FC provides a durable, water-resistant repair solution with negligible shrinkage and excellent chemical resistance. Its ability to cure in cool and damp conditions makes it particularly effective for industrial environments where downtime and disruption must be kept to a minimum.
At 20°C, repairs can be overcoated or opened to full traffic after approximately six hours, with full mechanical and chemical-resistant properties developing after three days. This makes the system particularly suitable for short maintenance windows and operational areas that cannot remain closed overnight.
