Resbuild Ultracoat is a rapid curing, two-pack, solvent free epoxy coating designed to provide outstanding resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols, including high concentrations of sulphuric acid, methyl ethyl ketone and methanol. Formulated for durability, it delivers a tough, abrasion resistant and chemically resilient finish in demanding industrial environments. Developed as a high-performance epoxy coating for concrete, Ultracoat offers excellent adhesion to both concrete and steel substrates. It is suitable for use as a protective lining to chemical bunds and effluent tanks, as well as a floor coating where superior chemical resistance and long-term durability are required. Slip resistant options are available, and the system achieves vehicle traffic capability within 48 hours at 20°C.
