Description

Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed FR is a fire-rated, slip resistant MMA screed system designed to provide a seamless and hard wearing finish in environments where strict fire safety standards apply. Developed to meet London Underground Section 12 requirements for underground stations, the system offers flame retardant and smoke suppressant properties alongside excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Applied as a durable floor coating for concrete and screed substrates, MMA Smoothscreed FR delivers a hygienic, easy to clean surface suitable for high traffic public areas. The system cures rapidly, allowing light foot traffic in approximately one hour and full traffic after two hours at 20°C, making it ideal for installations where minimal downtime and a fast return to service are essential.
