Description
Resbuild Ultracrete is a rapid-curing, resin-rich, three-pack epoxy screed used to create a tough, self-sealing and impact-resistant epoxy resin floor in demanding industrial environments. It provides outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, petrol, diesel and other aggressive substances.
Typically trowel-applied at 4–6mm thickness, Ultracrete forms a seamless, abrasion-resistant and non-slip surface with excellent adhesion to prepared concrete and a compressive strength of 75MPa. It is suitable for heavy-duty flooring in chemical and printing works, dye works, pharmaceutical production areas and chemical bunds, with light foot traffic permitted after 12 hours and vehicle traffic after 48 hours at 20°C.
