Description

Resbuild Ultracrete is a rapid curing, resin rich, three-pack epoxy screed designed to create a tough, self-sealing and impact resistant finish in demanding industrial environments. Formulated for exceptional resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols — including high concentrations of sulphuric acid, methyl ethyl ketone and methanol — it delivers long-term chemical protection where conventional systems would fail. Installed as a heavy-duty epoxy resin floor, Ultracrete is typically applied at 4–6mm thickness to prepared concrete substrates, providing a seamless, abrasion resistant and non-slip surface suitable for chemical works, pharmaceutical production areas, printing facilities and bund linings. The system offers excellent adhesion to concrete, high compressive strength and rapid return to service, with vehicle traffic capability after 48 hours at 20°C. Greater thicknesses may be specified in environments subject to extreme chemical exposure or thermal stress.
