Description
Resbuild MMA Floorpatch is a high-strength, fast-curing repair mortar designed for rapid and permanent repair of damaged concrete and masonry surfaces. Based on a three-component methacrylate resin system, it is specifically formulated for projects where speed, durability and reliability are critical.
Ideal for use in time-sensitive environments, MMA Floorpatch delivers exceptionally fast curing performance, achieving a touch dry finish in approximately one hour and full hardness within two hours at 20°C. This allows repairs to be completed and returned to service quickly, even in low temperature conditions where traditional repair systems may struggle.
The material is applied by trowel to create a dense, compact repair with excellent adhesion to prepared substrates. Its high compressive strength and strong resistance to impact, abrasion and chemical exposure ensure long-term durability in demanding industrial environments. In addition, the system is frost resistant and impervious to water, making it suitable for both internal and external applications.
Resbuild MMA Floorpatch is particularly effective for repairing spalled or damaged concrete, filling voids and joints where minimal movement is expected, and forming ramps or levelling areas prior to the installation of MMA flooring systems. Its compatibility with other MMA products makes it a reliable component within complete fast-curing flooring systems.
Supplied as a three-component system consisting of resin, catalyst and aggregate, the material is mixed on site and applied at a minimum thickness of 4mm, with greater depths recommended in heavily trafficked areas. Once cured, the repaired surface can be overcoated or returned to service with minimal delay, supporting efficient project delivery and reduced downtime.
