Description
Resbuild Epoxy Concrete is a high-strength epoxy concrete repair mortar designed for deep-section repairs, heavy-duty patching and industrial flooring applications. Its three-component formulation combines excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance with negligible shrinkage, making it suitable for repairs where long-term durability is essential.
Suitable for repair depths from 10mm up to 200mm, Resbuild Epoxy Concrete can be used to restore damaged concrete, create protective screeds in high-wear environments and provide a robust bedding mortar for kerbs and paving.
With a working time of approximately 50–60 minutes at 20°C, the material allows time for thorough compaction and trowel finishing during substantial repairs. It can also be installed in multiple layers of up to 100mm to achieve the required overall repair depth.
