Description
Resbuild Tufscreed is a heavy-duty epoxy floor screed developed for industrial environments where durability, impact resistance and chemical resistance are essential. Applied at a nominal thickness of 4–6mm, it creates a seamless, hard-wearing surface capable of withstanding demanding operational conditions while remaining easy to clean and maintain.
Suitable for food production facilities, breweries, dairies, hospitals, chemical processing areas and other high-traffic environments, Resbuild Tufscreed delivers excellent resistance to abrasion, impact and a wide range of industrial chemicals. Its non-slip finish and long-term performance make it an ideal solution for facilities requiring robust and reliable resin flooring systems.
At 20°C, the mixed screed offers a working time of approximately 50–60 minutes, allowing time for controlled placement, compaction and finishing. Light foot traffic can be permitted after around 18 hours, with vehicle traffic after 48 hours.
