Description
Resbuild Epoxy Grout is a high-strength, flowable resin grout designed for precision grouting and accurate load transfer beneath machine bases, crane rails, turbines and other industrial equipment exposed to vibration and dynamic loading. Suitable for gap widths from 10mm to 100mm, it is poured from one side to maintain a continuous flow, fully penetrate cavities and achieve complete contact without vibration.
The grout combines strong adhesion to concrete with dimensional stability, low creep and high early and ultimate strength, reaching a compressive strength of 100MPa after full cure. Its resistance to water, chemicals and weather exposure provides durable support under sustained operational stresses, while pre-weighed components enable straightforward mixing and consistent on-site application.
