Resbuild Epoxy Grout
Product Documentation
Description
Resbuild Epoxy Grout is a high-strength, flowable resin system designed for precision grouting applications where accurate load transfer and long-term stability are critical. Engineered as a pourable epoxy grout, it is suitable for gap widths between 10mm and 100mm, providing a reliable solution for securing and supporting heavy-duty equipment.
The material is formulated to deliver excellent flow characteristics, allowing it to fully penetrate voids and cavities without the need for vibration. This ensures complete contact between the substrate and baseplates or machinery, reducing the risk of voids and maintaining consistent structural support under dynamic loads.
Resbuild Epoxy Grout develops high early and ultimate strength, achieving compressive strengths of up to 100MPa after full cure, while maintaining low creep under sustained loading. Its combination of mechanical strength, dimensional stability and strong adhesion to concrete makes it particularly suitable for applications involving precision alignment and heavy operational stresses.
In addition to its structural performance, the grout offers excellent resistance to water, chemicals and environmental exposure, helping to protect both the substrate and installed equipment over time. The system is supplied as pre-weighed components for ease of mixing and consistent on-site application.
Typical uses include grouting beneath machine bases, crane rails, turbines and other industrial equipment subject to vibration and dynamic loading. The material is applied by pouring from one side to maintain a continuous flow, ensuring full encapsulation and optimal load distribution.
With its combination of flowability, strength and durability, Resbuild Epoxy Grout provides a dependable solution for precision grouting applications where performance and accuracy are essential.
