London Car Park's Epoxy Floor Coating
The Challenge
During a major refurbishment of luxury apartments in London, the development’s car park also required upgrading. The client wanted a cost-effective flooring system that would provide a durable finish while complementing the high-quality appearance of the wider development. The existing concrete floor needed preparation and repair before a new coating could be applied, with contrasting colours and clear bay markings incorporated into the finished design.
The Solution
Working with nominated specialist flooring contractor Specialist Lining Systems, Resin Building Products developed a complete specification covering preparation and repair of the existing concrete floor. Resbuild DPM was applied before Resbuild SF Coating topcoats were used to create a durable and visually distinctive epoxy car park floor coating. Contrasting colours, detailed bay lettering and crisp line markings completed the design and provided the high-quality finish required by the client.
