The Challenge

During a major refurbishment of luxury apartments in London, we were asked to provide a cost-effective solution to create a car park environment which would have a durable yet highly aesthetic finish.

The Solution

Working with the nominated specialist flooring contractor, Specialist Lining Systems, we developed a full specification covering preparation and repair of the existing concrete floor, followed by the application of Resbuild DPM Primer and Resbuild SF Coating topcoats. The system provided a durable industrial floor paint concrete solution, incorporating colour contrast detailing to meet the client’s brief. Attention to detail in the bay lettering and the crisp, sharp line markings resulted in a high-quality finish that will provide many years of service.
